Break Stuff

Pianist Vijay Iyer "Break Stuff" has him joined by Stephan Crump on bass, and Marcus Gilmore on the drums.  Recorded in June of 2014 at New York's Avatar Studio and produced by Manfred Eicher, "Break Stuff" is Vijay's third release on the ECM label.

New on the 5 Passion label:

New Throned King

"New Throned King" from Yosvany Terry is a powerfully creative recording, a combination instrumentally of the old with the new in a harmonic as well as rhythmical sense, beyond description it truly does feel to evoke the spirits.
