Join Us For A Conversation With Drummer Ferenc Nemeth On Thursday September 27th At 2 pm Pacific

Drummer Ferenc Nemeth has just released his second recording on which he is the leader.  It is called "Triumph" and is on his own  label Dreamer's Collective Records.  In this bass-less quartet Joshua Redman joins him on tenor and soprano saxophones, Kenny Werner is on keyboards, Lionel Loueke is on guitar and voice with additional woodwinds arranged and conducted by Argentina based Nicolas Sorin.  Not only is Ferenc among the most creative and musical drummers, each of his compositions on the album are deeply touching and absolutely full of all the human emotions.  The titles tell the story..."Triumph", "Purpose", Joy", "Longing", "Hope", "Sorrow And Wishful Thinking".

Triumph

Very happy to say that I had the opportunity recently to record a conversation with him just last week which I will be sharing with you on our broadcast at 2 pm Pacific on Thursday September 27, 2012.  I certainly hope you can join us then.
